Theresa Davies began her legal career with one of Northern California’s pre-eminent medical malpractice defense firms more than twenty-five years ago. Ms. Davies’ work in the medical malpractice arena resulted in her first trial experience, and Ms. Davies found that she enjoyed and was well-suited to the fast pace and challenge of litigation. Since joining HGC, Ms. Davies has effectively integrated her detail oriented trial preparation skills into HGC’s homeowner association and property owner practice, becoming familiar with the specific needs of HGC’s client base and the demands of a real estate oriented practice.

Educational History

Ms. Davies attended the Paralegal Program at Central Piedmont College in Charlotte, North Carolina. She subsequently earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 1992.
