For more than 17 years, case analyst Lisa Browne has worked with attorneys representing homeowners associations and property owners with regard to construction defect claims and general real estate transactional matters. Ms. Browne is well-versed in the needs of homeowners associations and in the prosecution of claims for defective design and construction of residential and commercial buildings. She has extensive experience working with homeowners, Board members, community managers, design and construction consultants, and all those who provide services to community associations and property owners.

Prior to becoming a paralegal, Ms. Browne worked as a media planner in a Southern California advertising agency.

Educational History

Ms. Browne received a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from California State University Hayward.
