Kristin Jenny has been practicing law in California since 1993. In addition to her experience litigating construction defect matters, Ms. Jenny has litigated insurance coverage, real estate, business disputes, eminent domain and inverse condemnation matters as well as personal injury and general tort claims. Ms. Jenny has represented clients in various counties throughout the State of California, and has tried cases to verdict and judgment before judges and juries in Alameda, Contra Costa, Los Angeles, Orange and Solano counties, as well as U.S. District Courts in San Francisco, Sacramento, Salt Lake City, Utah and Fort Wayne, Indiana. Ms. Jenny is also an experienced appellate attorney, having filed or responded to numerous appeals and writs in California and Federal courts.
Ms. Jenny joined Hughes Gill Cochrane P.C. in 2010 where her focus is on representation of Homeowners Associations in construction defect actions and other litigation matters.
Ms. Jenny received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1993, and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a minor in Criminal Justice, from San Francisco State University in 1990.
Ms. Jenny is a member of the California State Bar Association, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California.
