Associate Jennifer Lucas joined the firm in 2008 after five years of litigation practice at a large San Francisco-based law firm. Her diverse experience includes real property, construction defect, surety, insurance, bankruptcy and probate. She currently represents homeowners' associations in all aspects of their day-to-day operations, including analysis, interpretation, revision and enforcement of governing documents, elections, real property issues, special assessments, negotiation of vendor agreements, resolution of member disputes and litigation.
Ms. Lucas received her Juris Doctor in 2003 from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she was a member of the law review staff and an Advanced Moot Court quarter-finalist. She received a Bachelor of the Arts in English and Theatre from The Ohio State University in 1998.
Ms. Lucas is admitted to practice in California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
